Isaiah 57:1-11:

Isaiah Chapter 57:

1 The righteous one has perished, But no one takes it to heart. Loyal men are taken away, With no one discerning that the righteous one has been taken away Because of the calamity.

நீதிமான்கள் அழிந்துபோகிறார்கள். ஆனால், யாரும் அதைக் கண்டுகொள்வதில்லை. விசுவாசமாக நடக்கிறவர்கள் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள். ஆனாலும், கஷ்டங்களின் காரணமாகவே நீதிமான்கள் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள் என்பதை யாரும் புரிந்துகொள்வதில்லை.

yaah-room ah-thaik kahn-doo-kohl-vah-thil-lai. vi-soo-vaah-sah-maah-kah 
nah-dahk-ki-rah-vahr-kahl ay-dooth-thook-kohl-lahp-pah-doo-ki-rar-kahl.
aah-naah-loom, kah-sh-dah-ing-kah-lin kaah-rah-nah-maah-kah-vay 
nee-thi-maahn-kahl ay-dooth-thook-kohl-lahp-pah-doo-ki-rar-kahl 
ayn-pah-thai yaah-room poo-rin-thoo-kohl-vah-thil-lai.

2 He enters into peace. They rest on their beds, all who walk uprightly.

நேர்மையானவர்கள் எல்லாரும் தங்கள் படுக்கையில் ஓய்வெடுக்கிறார்கள். அவர்கள் நிம்மதியாக இருக்கிறார்கள்.

oy-vay-dook-ki-rar-kahl. ah-vahr-kahl nim-mah-thi-yaah-kah 
ee-rook-ki-rar-kahl.

3 “But as for you, come closer, You sons of a sorceress, You children of an adulterer and a prostitute:

“ஆனால், சூனியக்காரியின் பிள்ளைகளே, முறைகேடான உறவினாலும் விபச்சாரத்தினாலும் பிறந்தவர்களே, நீங்கள் இங்கே வாருங்கள்.

aah-naahl, su-ni-yahk-kaah-ri-yin pil-lai-kah-lay, moo-rai-kay-daah-nah 
oo-rah-vi-naah-loom vi-pahs-saah-rahth-thi-naah-loom 
pi-rahn-thah-vahr-kah-lay, nee-ing-kahl ee-ing-kay vaah-roo-ing-kahl.

4 Whom are you making fun of? Against whom do you open your mouth wide and stick out your tongue? Are you not the children of transgression, The children of deceit,

யாரைப் பார்த்துக் கேலி செய்கிறீர்கள்? யாரைப் பார்த்து வாயைத் திறந்து நாக்கை நீட்டுகிறீர்கள்? நீங்கள் பாவம் செய்கிற பிள்ளைகள், ஏமாற்றுப் பேர்வழிகள்.

yaah-raip paah-rth-thook kay-li sayy-ki-rar-kahl? yaah-raip paah-rth-thoo 
vaah-yaith thi-rahn-thoo naahk-kai need-doo-ki-reer-kahl? nee-ing-kahl 
paah-vahm sayy-ki-rah pil-lai-kahl, aye-maah-troop payr-vah-li-kahl.

5 Those who are inflamed with passion among big trees, Under every luxuriant tree, Who slaughter the children in the valleys, Under the clefts of the crags?

பெரிய மரங்களின் கீழும் அடர்த்தியான மரங்களின் கீழும் நீங்கள் மோகத் தீயில் பற்றியெரிகிறீர்கள். பள்ளத்தாக்குகளிலும் பாறை இடுக்குகளிலும் உங்கள் பிள்ளைகளை நரபலி கொடுக்கிறீர்கள்.

mah-rah-ing-kah-lin kee-loom. nee-ing-kahl moe-kahth thee-yil 
pah-tri-yay-ri-ki-reer-kahl. pahl-lahth-thaahk-koo-kah-li-loom. 
paah-rai ee-dook-koo-kah-li-loom oo-ing-kahl pil-lai-kah-lai 
nah-rah-pah-li koh-dook-ki-reer-kahl.

6 With the smooth stones of the valley is your portion. Yes, these are your lot. Even to them you pour out drink offerings and offer gifts. Should I be satisfied with these things?

பள்ளத்தாக்கில் உள்ள வழுவழுப்பான கற்களை ஆசையாக எடுத்து வைத்துக்கொள்கிறீர்கள். அந்தக் கற்கள்தான் உங்கள் கூலி, அவைதான் உங்கள் சொத்து. அவற்றுக்குத் திராட்சமது காணிக்கையையும் மற்ற காணிக்கைகளையும் செலுத்துகிறீர்கள். அதைப் பார்த்து நான் திருப்தி அடைய வேண்டுமா?

ahn-thahk kahr-kahl-thaahn oo-ing-kahl ku-li, ah-vai-thaahn oo-ing-kahl 
sohth-thoo. ah-vah-trook-kooth thraa-chah-mah-thoo 
kaah-nik-kai-yai-yoom mah-trah kaah-nik-kai-kah-lai-yoom 
say-looth-thoo-ki-reer-kahl. ah-thaip paah-rth-thoo naahn thi-roop-thi 
ah-dai-yah vayn-doo-maah?

7 On a mountain high and lofty you prepared your bed, And you went up there to offer sacrifice.

உயர்ந்தோங்கி நிற்கிற மலைமேல் உங்கள் மெத்தையை விரித்தீர்கள். அங்கே ஏறிப் போய் பலி செலுத்தினீர்கள்.

8 Behind the door and the doorpost you set up your memorial. You left me and uncovered yourself; You went up and made your bed spacious. And you made a covenant with them. You loved sharing their bed, And you gazed at the male organ.

op-pahn-thahm sayy-theer-kahl. ah-vahr-kah-loe-doo 
pah-dooth-thook-kohl-lah vi-room-pi-neer-kahl.
aah-noo-roop-paip paah-rth-thook-kohn-di-roon-theer-kahl.

9 You went down to Melʹech with oil And with an abundance of perfume. You sent your envoys far off, So that you descended to the Grave.

ay-dooth-thook-kohn-doo, may-layk-ki-dahm poe-neer-kahl.

ah-noop-pi-neer-kahl. eep-pah-di, kahl-lah-rai vah-raik-koom 
ee-rah-ing-ki-neer-kahl.

10 You have toiled in following your many ways, But you did not say, ‘It is hopeless!’ You found renewed strength. That is why you do not give up.

உங்களுக்கு இஷ்டமான வழியிலெல்லாம் போய் பாடுபட்டு உழைத்தீர்கள். ஆனால், ‘இதெல்லாம் வீண்!’ என்று சொல்லாமல், உங்களுக்குப் புதுத்தெம்பு கிடைத்ததாக நினைத்தீர்கள். அதனால்தான் விடாமல் அதையே செய்கிறீர்கள்.

ki-daith-thah-thaah-kah ni-naith-theer-kahl. ah-thah-naahl-thaahn 
vi-daah-mahl ah-thai-yay sayy-ki-reer-kahl.

yaah-raip paah-rth-thoop pah-yahn-thoo nah-doo-ing-ki, poey sohn-neer-kahl?
nee-ing-kahl ayn-nai ni-naith-thoop paah-rk-kah-vil-lai. 
ay-thai-yoom mah-nah-thil vaah-ing-kah-vil-lai. 
naahn on-roo-may sohl-laah-mahl ah-mai-thi-yaah-kah ee-roon-thayn 
ahl-lah-vaah? ah-thah-naahl-thaahn, nee-ing-kahl ay-nahk-koop 
pah-yahp-pah-dah-vay eel-lai.
